Omega 3’s to Lower Inflammation
Shared by Dr. John Weritsh
As a Chiropractor, I’m constantly looking for ways to lower inflammation and stay healthy. One of the best ways is with more Omega 3’s in your diet. One of the best dips that will go down as the GOAT is guacamole. It is quick and easy to make, and it has amazing health benefits. The highlighted ingredient is avocados because of the ability to lower inflammation in the body. Healthy fats help keep your blood sugar lower by slowing down digestion of sugar or glucose in other foods. It is packed full of vitamins and minerals like Vit A and C, and potassium that help your body function. For people with sensitive digestion the heavier fat content and monounsaturated fats help easy digestion.
If you do not feel like cooking and need something easy and fast to make. Try this recipe out!
