Foam Rollers

Many of the things that cause you to be in pain like sitting a lot, lack of exercise, poor nutrition can create inflammation and cause tight muscles as the body tries to protect itself. By teaching our patients how to use a foam roller in a way to mobilize tissue and break up adhesions, we can create more motion and induce healing. Using your own body weight and correct placement of the foam roller we can teach you to control the pressure and intensity giving you control in your soft tissue break up.
