What if I told you that you don’t have to take medication in order to prevent heart disease? Taking a pill seems pretty easy to do and a lot “easier” to do when it comes to managing anything in life. Well, I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to always turn to medications to help with things that are not regulating in your body correctly. They are rick with vitamin C, and k which are loaded with antioxidants. These are the chemicals that help fight off inflammation. This simple green smoothie that we make is quick and easy and most importantly very healthy. Just making one a day can help with so many other things.
