A Very Berry Smoothie!

Drinking the same smoothie everyday can get a little boring so let’s change it up and try adding some berries in your smoothie. When you add berries to your smoothie there is less sugar than most other fruits which is very beneficial especially if you are diabetic. The sugar from the berries has to get processed by the liver before being released into the blood stream, so there will be a less glucose spike by having more berries in your smoothie compared to other fruits and anything with processed sugar.
